This Artist uses his/her skills in 3D modelling and knowledge to create amazing environments. working with lots of different parts the he/she models collecting them to generate a wider area to show off how something can come together. Environments are key parts of games and they are something that most games hyper focus on and seem to focus more on this sometimes then game play but they are highly required and each year they seem to just get better and better. They are used by player to move around in and can either tell a story or help with the narrative or just sometimes be a nice area to walk around in.

This artist focuses there his/her skills and knowledge to create various different types of UI concepts as well as for games they are made to a quality that could almost already be game ready. UI is one of the key components of any game, as the UI allows the player to navigate and interact with the game in different ways this maybe going through menus like destiny lore area or just looking through inventory for next devastating weapon.

ArtStation – Portfolio : https://www.artstation.com/

Out all 3 of the portfolio presentation places I have selected artstation is one of the ones that is most commonly used by industry recruiter and industry works as a whole not only are they able to view your portfolio you are also able to get in contact with industry positions with there jobs tab. This website as whole allows a large majority of control for you and allows you to change and adjust your portfolio and have full control of hows things look and how you someones can see it.

SquareSpace: https://www.squarespace.com/

Square Space is a very popular and commonly used professional website hosting website with lots of templates and 24/7 assistance all around the world that allows you to gain help and services that allows you to get your portfolio but is something you would rather use if you where a bigger name but I have seen 1 or 2 low end developers who use this to make a name for themselves. No really a section that focus on recruitment but has other pluses of looking more professional.

WordPress: https://wordpress.com

WordPress is a fairly commonly used website for blogs but I have seen it used for people to show off there work and is a very nice way of showing more progression then just showing images its blog features would allow you to show a employer how you have progressed and how you have changed your work ethic over a period of time this is good because employers like to see how you have changed and in what ares you have improved and are still finding hard in your specialism.

My Portfolio:

This is my portfolio so far with only really one piece of work due to me loosing a fair bit of my work and maybe not spending enough time on a lot of it so its presentation is not good and could be a lot better I have held back posting onto it. I have chosen ArtStation due to its accessibility and the way it allows you to post projects and blog updates at the same time which allows me to show all my work and progression at the same time, I am more familiar with this with ArtStation as well which allows me to understand it a little better and move forwards with customising it more
